Welcome to our booking page. These events are open to the Wyre Forest communities. Please note, children under the age of 11 will need to attend with a responsible adult over the age of 18. This is in line with our safeguarding policy and procedures to keep children safe in community places.

We are not a childcare service!  If children / young people are unable to make there on their own to our activity site, then we ask a parent or carer to stay, as we are only responsible for our activity area.

Information will be destroyed after delivery.

Please note, we cannot guarantee lunches will be available to all on the day. The team will try to accommodate to numbers from the online system, but unfortunately, sometimes we are oversubscribed on the delivery day due to walk-ins and the unpredictability on the day.

** A minimum of 30 Lunches will be made up on the day.
